Welcome to the Denver Garden Railway Society!
The Denver Garden Railway Society, founded in 1979, is a non-profit organization dedicated to education, promotion and enjoyment of all aspects of garden railroading. One of the original such societies in the U.S., our organization founded the National Garden Railway Convention in 1985 and has hosted many of these events since with registrants from all over the world.
The club encompasses all facets of this fascinating hobby, and includes electric operation, battery-powered and clockwork trains, and trains that actually run on live steam. Most of our members have, or hope to have, gauge G, O or gauge 1 railways in their gardens or back yards like the one pictured to the right.

The construction signs have been taken down, and the new DGRS website debuts with a new domain name, DenverGardenRailway.org.
You will no longer be able to access it under the URL http//74.76.126.196 . You can bookmark the new site denvergardenrailway.org in your web browser. (Note that there are no spaces between the words, and the domain name is not case sensitive)
The Timetable has been updated from the latest club calendar of events. New title banners have been added to almost every page. The Clinics pages have been updated with photos from our two most recent clinics, and the you can... [Read More]

The HOME page has been updated, with an eye toward recruitment of new members. A few photos have been added to the gallery from the 2009 convention, and articles have been added to the public side of the website about what a Garden Railroad and G-Scale is.
