Realistic AutoRev Problem

I have a new Realistic AutoRev that I am using with a G Scale Christmas Trolley. I am using a MRC Power G power supply.

I set up following the directions provided. With the Trolley in the middle of Track A I tun on the power source and the Trolley goes to Track B and stops after the 1/4" isolation gap in the Track B rail. After the appropriate Auto stop time, the trolley reverses direction to Track D and stops past the 1/4 isolation gap in the rail of Track D as expected. Again after the appropriate stop time, the Trolley reverses back towards the Track B, over the isolation gap in the rail, but doesn't stop and runs off the end of the track.

I have extended the Track B track past the gap, but that has no affect, the Trolley just continues under power off the end.

I have switched the connections for Track B and D, and that had no affect. Even with that switch it always powers off the same end of the track, (right side independent of whether hooked up as Track B or Track D).

I have put popsicle sticks as insulators in the gaps and that has no affect.

This has repeated several times, even after I have re-started the Installation and Operation instructions.

Any idea with what is going on?

Wink Returned and replaced by AutoRev

I contacted the manufacture and they asked me to send it back. They replaced it with a new unit which works fine now on my trolley line
